Shipping policy - Digital Audiobooks

Digital audiobooks are provided as digital products and are available for download via The Tribe's Shopify store immediately upon completion of purchase (you will receive an email with instructions how to download the audiobook/s).  There are no refunds for audiobooks because the digital file will always be a high-quality optimal file provided for download upon completion of purchase (and as the authorised owner of the file via your order, you are able to make subsequent downloads in future) so there is no risk of a product being faulty, going missing in the post, etc.  If you encounter any technical issues or have any questions about the audiobook file, please don't hesitate to contact one of the team via email on contact@entercloud9.com who will be happy to assist.

Shipping policy - Physical books/paperback novels
The physical edition paperback books are printed and shipped with the highest possible quality standards by our industry leading printing partners who are based around the world so we are confident your book/s will be of the highest possible quality and will be shipped with protective packaging.  However If, in the unlikely event, your item is damaged during delivery due to the postal or delivery service, please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (though to reiterate that should never happen) so that we can evaluate the issue. You can always contact us with any question via email on contact@entercloud9.com.

Shipping policy - Physical books/paperback novels shipped with Standard (economy delivery, no tracking) or Standard delivery

Items sent via the shipping option 'Standard (economy delivery, no tracking)' or 'Standard' will be sent without an option to track the shipment and there is no guarantee a delivery will arrive since this is dependent on the post or delivery service as well as the address details for the order provided during the order process (so please make sure the address details are correct for the delivery and have as much accurate information as possible).  Our fulfilment partners cannot track or guarantee an order sent via Standard (economy delivery, no tracking) or Standard delivery will be received. We guarantee an order will always be sent by us when it has processed and we will use leading international and national carriers and are confident there should be no issue.  Any delays or (in the very unlikely instance) case of a shipment not being received via Standard (economy delivery, no tracking) or Standard delivery is unfortunately outside our control and there is no refund.  If you would prefer to have the ability to track your order we would strongly recommend using Premium (trackable delivery) for your order if this is available to you (subject to availability depending on different countries). You can always contact us with any question via email on contact@entercloud9.com.

Orders sent via the shipping option Premium (trackable delivery) will be able to be tracked, which greatly assists monitoring the progress of the order from being shipped to arriving at its destination (you will be provided with the tracking details so you can track your order). Again, during the checkout process, please make sure the address details are correct for the delivery and have as much accurate information as possible to assist with the delivery of your order. Due to the policies of national and international carriers who make the deliveries, there is no guarantee in delivery and any delays or (in the very unlikely instance) case of a shipment not being received is unfortunately outside our control and there is no refund if it is due to the fault of a third party such as a delivery service.  But the ability to track the order will greatly help minimise any risk of an order (in the unlikely event) going missing, etc, and the tracking number assists the ability to liaise with a delivery service to receive the goods shipped due to them being able to be tracked. The national and international carriers who are used for order deliveries are leading in their field and have excellent track-records for deliveries so the chance of a Premium (trackable delivery) shipment encountering any issue is exceedingly low. You can always contact us with any question via email on contact@entercloud9.com.
